REGULAMIN CENTRUM HANDLOWEGO
OMNI Molo
All Visitors and persons employed in the Shopping Center are kindly welcomed please follow these rules and other recommendations of the Center Management.
On the premises of the Center, it is forbidden to:
- use of roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or other personal means transport,
- using shopping trolleys contrary to their intended use,
- smoking tobacco products or electronic cigarettes, drinking alcohol or using other illegal substances on the premises of the Center outside the venues intended for this,
- fotografowania i filmowania, a także przeprowadzania wywiadów na terenie obiektu bez zgody Dyrekcji Centrum,
- advertising or offering, including the distribution of brochures, leaflets or other advertising materials anywhere in the Center or in adjacent areas,
- organizing meetings, presenting any goods for sale, doorstep selling, performing music,
- begging,
- organize official collections of money without the consent of the Center's management,
- staying in the Shopping Center:
- persons who are intoxicated or similarly under the influence operating means,
- persons whose behavior or appearance is unlawful, may be considered offensive or aggressive, or in any material way the manner is burdensome for clients or employees of the Center,
- persons whose behavior or presence may pose a threat to safety, reputation or well-being of customers or employees of the Center.
Wejście do budynku Centrum Handlowego ze zwierzętami jest dozwolone, z zastrzeżeniem spełnienia następujących warunków:
- zwierzę powinno przez cały czas być trzymane na smyczy lub w torbie (małe zwierzęta);
- osoba wprowadzająca zwierzę jest w pełni odpowiedzialna za jego zachowanie, utrzymanie dyscypliny i higienę, a także ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za ewentualne szkody wywołane przez zwierzę;
- możliwość wejścia ze zwierzętami do poszczególnych lokali jest uzależniona od zgody podmiotu dysponującego lokalem (przy czym ograniczenie to nie dotyczy psów-przewodników);
- lokale umożliwiające wstęp ze zwierzętami zostały na witrynach oznaczone odpowiednią naklejką informującą o takiej zgodzie.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances resulting in the need to evacuate, customers are asked to follow the audio messages as well as detailed instructions of the staff of the Center and relevant services.
